Brent Bolthouse had a winning formula when he debuted The Bungalow in Santa Monica two years ago, right next to the Fairmont and steps from the ocean. He’s going to try and replicate the recipe again when he opens The Bungalow in Huntington Beach some time in 2015. Along with the typical charm The Bungalow has been known for, expect this outlet to incorporate some of that “surf city” vibe into this new locale right at Pacific City, a new development with retail and eateries right along the beach.
